I had a lovely stay at Southern Sun Hyde Park Sandton. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. though there were a couple of minor hiccups with service. The location is ideal, being right next to a mall, which made shopping easy. However, I did notice some areas that could use improvement, especially in terms of the dining experience.
